The copyright of all manuscripts published in LinguaEducare: Journal of English and Linguistic Studies remains with the authors. Copyright protects the specific way an article is written to present research and its findings. The journal is committed to safeguarding authors’ work and reputation, and takes allegations of infringement, plagiarism, ethical disputes, and fraud seriously.

This journal is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which allows:

  • Attribution (BY): Users may share, distribute, and redistribute articles in any medium or format, provided proper credit is given to the authors and the first publication in LinguaEducare is acknowledged. Authors are encouraged to post and disseminate their work after publication (e.g., in institutional repositories, public archives, or personal websites).

  • Non-Commercial (NC): Articles may not be used for commercial purposes without the author’s permission. Authors explicitly grant LinguaEducare the right to index and distribute their work through databases, repositories, and indexing services, even if those services operate commercially.


License to Publish
By submitting to LinguaEducare, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the manuscript—including tables, figures, illustrations, and any supplementary material—in print, electronic, and other formats, in all languages, worldwide, for the full term of copyright. This license includes the right to authorize others to do the same and to enforce these rights against third parties.


Author’s Warranties
Authors warrant that:

  • The article is original, authored by the listed author(s), and has not been previously published.

  • The work contains no unlawful statements and does not infringe the rights of others.

  • All necessary permissions to use copyrighted material from other sources have been obtained.

  • Copyright is vested exclusively in the author(s) and free from third-party claims.


User Rights
Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, users are free to:

These rights must be exercised with proper attribution, a link to the license, and an indication of any changes made.


Rights of Authors
Authors retain:

  • Copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article.

Co-Authorship
For manuscripts with multiple authors, the corresponding author confirms they have the authority to sign this agreement on behalf of all co-authors and will inform them of its terms.


Miscellaneous
LinguaEducare will publish an article only after the editorial process is successfully completed. The journal reserves the right to make minor edits for style, punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and formatting as deemed appropriate.
